Print Ads: Amtrak

northeasttrafficThe boyfriend and I are planning an escape to Boston this weekend, but of course waited until the last minute to book our tickets. There are plenty of super cheap, efficient ways to get from NYC to Boston—and as taking the bus is the cheapest and most efficient of those ways, that’s what we’re taking. But these ads by Arnold Worldwide for Amtrak make me nostalgic for an era of train-riding that I’ve never experienced. 70% sentimental, 30% practical, these ads are an excellent reflection of the beauty and service Amtrak offers. (Now, if only it were cheaper!) See more of the campaign after the jump!

Would you put your billfold before beauty, or suck it up and make the journey part of the experience? Tell me in the comments!
